Not a great stay
We waited 30 minutes in the lobby to be checked in. The room was great, very comfortable. Fire alarm went off at 7am, which startled us awake. False alarm. We purchased breakfast on the app and the waitress had no idea how to deal with that and tried to have us pay $40 for breakfast. The final straw was an $8 parking fee for parking in an empty lot. I like this hotel but will not be coming back because of the parking fee.

Nice hotel, comfy beds, bathroom barn door actually locked unlike other hotels with those sliding doors. Hate those doors! This was a nice, quiet place to stay.

New building with lots of quirks
Definitely 5 stars for eco-friendliness. So much in fact, the lights and fans might go into standby while you’re in the shower :P Not kidding, wear a headlamp. It’s obviously a new building that has some issues to work out. The fire alarm kept going off on the kitchen staff for no apparent reason; I could hear the staff trying to figure out what was going on. The software ‘ding’ in the elevator is loud and annoying. Plus the buttons are incredibly difficult to press. That all said, the staff is friendly and the rooms are comfortable, when they successfully sense you’re there.

phone in my room didn't work, one of two elevators broken and the working one only sometimes works to get to the lobby, no bottle opener could be provided for the room (in wine country), and they do charge for parking despite not telling me this at check in. it was clean and staff were friendly, nothing was that terrible or anything, but would've expected more from a 4 star hotel.

We love staying here. Its our go-to when we need to go to the city for appointments! Very easy access to restaurants and stores. Costco is right next door for gas, food, or groceries which is big plus for us. Everyone we've met at the hotel has been really kind and great at any time of the day! We have stayed at this property before. It switched to a Hilton and the changes are noticeable. The fire pits outside are not working per the staff to not passing a safety inspection. there was a handwritten sign on one of the entry doors because it slams shut instead of having the door repaired and they are now charging for parking. The cost of staying there has increased but there is nothing worth paying more for. We will look for a different hotel the next time we go to wine country.
