The front security did not lock and even if it did it had no screen. We felt unsafe and reception not available at 8pm when we realised.fridge broken. Air-conditioning dials missing. Bathroom still had hair in it. Cupboard door missing indicative of the general state of disrepair. We arrived late and quickly went out for dinner. Got back around 8pm and wanted to leave and felt unsafe. Only stay here if nothing else at all is available anywhere else within Rockhampton

Room was fine. Didn’t sleep that much due to other guests. There was fighting and screaming ongoing in the night. Go quiet for a bit then someone would kick the door really loudly and they would continue yelling. They set off a car alarm at one point as well.
