The shampoo bottle wasn't attached to the wall like the others in the shower. The shower had mold, the floors were not vacuumed well, the furniture was worn. The pool is ok but very small. You have to check out the pool towels from the front desk. The breakfast food was not good and not fresh.

3 day stay in Indianland
The room was great. I had a mini kitchen with refrig, small cooktop and dishwasher! The beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pancakes, eggs, sausage and continental selections. Employees were helpful and nice. The negatives were a wonky thermostat set at 75 degrees. I had someone help me change it, but then it changed back the next day. And the $150 charge up front for incidentals. You get a refund in 5-7 days.

I requested a crib for my infant when I booked and when I walked into the room, it was already there! Very pleased with the room. It had a full kitchen. I also liked the fact that there were premium channels like HBO. Overall, great experience and I would definitely recommend!

We normally stay here but when we arrived there were no more two queen beds room, which is what I booked. Instead of that being communicated, we were given a king bed suite. When we got upstairs, me thinking it was a mistake, went back to the front desk to confirm the room when I was informed there were no more queen bed rooms. The overall issue was not that they were out of rooms, because we checked in kind of late so that can happen, my issue was there was no communication about it. We were checked in and not once did he let us know the situation and didn’t seem to care much when we came back down. I get it, they were out of that room but I would only have taking a second to explain the situation. I am glad the area is expanding so hopefully there will be more hotels to choose from. When this location first opened everything was good but recently it has been one thing after another.

Breakfast was very good and clean. AFTER I left I was charged $40 to my Credit Card. I can only guess it was a "pet fee" which was addressed when I arrived and left by showing my Service Dog Certification. I also provided the same documentation when I made the reservation. When I called the front desk they could see no charge and told me to dispute it.
