I booked 2 rooms weeks before our stay but we were not given rooms near each other. Check in was very slow even though we were the only ones in line. 1st room we went into had a bad smell so we came straight out, complained, and were givin another room. The room was adequate for our 1 night stay. We were not told there was breakfast but it was very minimal.

An emergency stay due to my home buring down. It served its purpose. The staff are very friendly. Mattresses are entirely too hard. Needs some fabric softener in the sheets and towels.

The outside of the property was nice. But the rooms need some much needed cleaning. The walls were dirty with visible dirt on them. The towels and wash cloths in the bathroom were so dark with stains I wouldn’t use them to wash my dog with. The bed spread had several burn holes in it. The white sheets were more like a dingy grey. Needless to say we didn’t get a shower and we slept on top of the sheets. Do better and renovation needed. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!!

I wasn’t expecting the Ritz, But even at this price point, this was really bad. All of the towels had remnants of other users still woven into them. The ice bucket was turned upside down, and was wet inside. Worst of all was the AC. When I turned it on, it smelled like a moldy, wet sponge. Luckily, I had some Ozium sanitizer in my truck, And sprayed that into the vents. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the sheets were stained. The best thing I can say about it is, I had been booked into a King smoking and error. The kid at the desk gave me a single queen for the same price in non-smoking, but I was right next to the smoking room and the door where everyone went out to smoke. But he did give me the same price, so for that I was grateful not to pay anymore for this room.

They are not friendly at all. They have an attitude. They don't like you asking question. They stare a hole in you when you fix breakfast. They also said that we had too much luggage with a family of five. Never heard of this before. Not a rule also.

Not even worth a free stay!
AVOID! The only reason I gave 2 stars, is for the location. It is surrounded by restaurants within walking distance. However, the owner definitely lacks pride in this business. When you walk in the main entrance, there's a huge uncovered hole through the ceiling. Guy who checked us in-not friendly at all. Get off the elevator, gag, almost puke due to the intense marijuana smell. I'm marijuana friendly, but this was unbearable. Room was fairly clean. Multiple burn holes in both comforters, stains on sheets, worn holes in curtain, thin as paper pillows, no back on the remote or anything to hold the batteries in. I travel a lot, and this place was so rough/sketchy, we stayed 45 minutes and then turned the keys in and got back on the road with the kids. This hotel isn't "bare minimum, " it's BARE BONES! Drive half hour down the road to Lexington Inn and Suites. For $9 more, youll get an excellent hotel with friendly staff and hot breakfast bar.

We spent the night in a king handcap room on Fri July 12. Due to having a hip replacement & femur repair, 2 separate surgeries, I was looking for a handcap accessible room due to me still relying on using my walker. The room was clean & adequate. I could not move my walker on side of table by bed. There was not enough room. Once entering the bathroom I didn't see any handicap grab bars on front or side of toilet. This caused me to try to use sink to stand. I didn't even attemp a shower because of no handicap bars & my balance being terrible. Also when leaving bathroom my 1st attemp I got stuck trying to open door with my walker inside with me. My husband had to help me by lifting the walker making room in the doorway. All I'm asking is if the property could install the handcap grab bars in bathroom area. If i would have had the grab bars I could have just left my walker outside the door. As far as the table If the bed could be moved a little more away from the table, I could have moved using my walker down that side. It would be nice having a grab bar on the wall inside the shower & maybe a bar on wall to the right when stepping out of shower. All of these changes will make a handicap person feel safe. housekeeping kept having mis- communications when it came to what we had and didn’t have in the room. even though we didn’t bother them the first 3 days, we asked for new towels because ours were dirty, the man then proceeded to argue with my gf saying we did get towels when we didn’t. this happened 3 times in the one week we stayed. need better staffing and cleaning utensils. a towel with a stick on it is not a mop !
