Sunrise at Essex is an amazing 2 bedroom "Secondary suite" style home. Mayo Clinic's St. Mary's, Gonda building, and Rochester's downtown are only about 9-12 minutes away. Shopping close by, including an array of local breweries, restaurants and flower shops! Essex Park is within a "stones throw" away, making a great day trip with many wildflowers and nature!

Trip to Mayo
We enjoyed our stay. It was within a 15 minute drive to everything we needed. It was clean and decently maintained. The only issue was we were given the incorrect code for the lock. I called the property manager. She answered my call and immediately rectified the situation.
