The hvac was so loud I had to take the cover off to quiet it down. The shower was really weak and the diverter didn’t work. The bathroom door wouldn’t latch unless you slammed it. It had a good breakfast though. The demolition of a parking ramp across the steer on one side and construction across the street on another side was not their fault but extremely noisy all day long. The best thing is it is connected to Mayo Clinic by tunnels. The last three times we stayed there were great.

The location is great if you have appointments at Mayo clinic. The Gonda building where we had appointments is right across the street, its much easier than trying to find parking or wait for a shuttle. The room was clean and met our needs. There are many close options for getting a meal. I give it a high rating for the convience and reasonable price.
