This facility is nice except the shower place is problematic bs it easily gets the whole bathroom floor wet accumulating quite some water on the floor outside the bath

Highly recommend
This was a one night family trip. We loved the pool and hot tub and that the hotel was close to everything in Victor. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was really good. We will definitely return.

Very nice stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The only thing to note is that you can hear the road noise if your room is on the side facing the interstate.

A one night stop on a road trip home. This hotel checked the boxes. Clean, convenient, comfortable and great way to end the day sitting at the fire pit meeting other hotel guests.

We enjoyed our stay, however, the doors on the bathrooms don't lock, just sliding doors (you can see through open spaces), doors (I believe are being replaced in the Fall?) have to be pulled hard to shut, almost like being slammed, and difficult to open. I also left a rather expensive hoodie (San Fransisco Hard Rock Cafe, white so it blended in with the sheets). Called a day later to get it back, somehow, it never turned up. Overall, hotel was clean, and staff were all friendly. OH, the pool was FREEZING!

We'll be back
We were just passing through but very happy with our choice this time. Attendants were very friendly. Rooms very clean.Our breakfast was a little on the cold side but it was definitely our timing. Would definitely stay again!

I stayed 6 days. They were very short staff couldn't get clean sheets until asked and then they didn't want to they said we only change them every four days. They never came in to get garbage or anything. Had to ask everyday for clean towels, coffee, garbage bags

Frustrating Experience
We arrived at the Holiday Inn Express on Friday night after having driven 900 miles that day only to learn that this "pet friendly" hotel no longer allows pets, despite Hotels.com showing it as pet friendly upon booking and even the morning of the stay. We were not able to stay there and had to find another hotel at 9pm at night - resulting in a significantly higher room rate and frustration. The front desk people were apologetic, but did not help in rebooking us at different property - saying only...We really need to get that updated on Hotels.com.

Friendly and knowledgable staff. Our check-in was very fast. Our fan was very loud after testing the air conditioner We mentioned it to the front staff who provided us with a new room and had management looking into fixing the fan. We noticed arrived within the hour was clean with lots of towels available. Hot Breakfast was great With many options, including a pancake maker. We are used to seeing the waffle maker, but this was our first time with a pancake Maker! My 10 year old son loved it. Only stayed one night, but nice and Close to shopping And other amenities, including the interstate. Would stay again if we were in the area.

This property is in a great location. We travelled from Niagra Falls towards Watkins Glen state part. The place is cleaner that some super expensive hotels that I’ve stayed at.
