Cons: We were visiting Rochester as tourists, stayed Sunday and Monday night. The room was WAY smaller than advertised, the top 2 drawers of the dresser kept sliding open, the shower rod was loose, making the shower curtain unable to close, getting water everywhere. The general state of hotel is clean but very worn. The bed is only a foot away from the air conditioner and every time the a/c went on, it froze my legs and feet. The pool is pretty but water was murky and looked dirty. We didn't attempt to swim.
Pros: The breakfast was really good. Typical to these hotels but Sofia kept everything stocked and the western omelet was delicious!
The front desk staff was very polite and helpful - Darlene and the young fellow when we checked in. The location is near EVERYTHING for shopping and eating.
