What a depressing property. Very dated - wallpaper peeling off the walls, dark, ugly colors, tub was stained, sink outside the bathroom, no soap for the sink, cranky employee. No healthy options for breakfast. I’ve stayed in other BW’s before and was not disappointed. This one, however, was awful. We cut our visit short as I did not want to stay there another night.

We visit the Henrietta area at least once a year. Our usual motel, which has gone downhill over the years, now has even worse ratings. We tired this Best Western and were very happy. The check-in was quick and the staff was friendly. The room was clean. There was a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine.

Had to wait at least 10 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to check in. Our entire floor and room smelled bad. Breakfast choices were very minimal and not very good quality. In the good side, it was very conveniently located and beds were comfy.

Nice clean property. Breakfast was ok but could have had a little more options. Sometimes you have to wait for some time to get service at the frint desk as the person at the front desk also hasvother responsibilities in the hotel.
