Nice hotel close to Rocamadour. Convenient, maybe lacking of charm. Friendly staff. Buffet breakfast ok but almost empty in the middle of the service.

The hotel was modern and very comfortable. Unfortunately (probably due to the fact that there were very few guests staying when we were there) the restaurant was not operating for dinner and we had to drive into Rocamadour to eat in the evenings.

4 Star Hotel???? NO!
Very disappointed with this hotel! Supposed to be 4 star rated but the restaurant was not open! The hotel is 4 kms out of town in the middle of the country, no taxi service available so unless you drive, or in our case, get dressed up in motorcycle clothes and drive to town for an evening meal we had to go hungry!! bar snack of cheese or cold meat available, but not a meal. Very weak gin and tonic at €12 is also a bit steep. Would not recommend this hotel.

Arrived only to be told the restaurant and pool were closed and there was no way we could get a taxi/bus/bike to a nearby restaurant which was 5km away. It’s a shame as the pool and restaurant on site were my main reasons for choosing the hotel. We had a deluxe room so I was surprised the sound proofing was so bad, could hear next door using the toilet and people walking outside. The en-suite is dated with a 50 year old bath that doesn’t drain and so dated decor.

Batiment vieillot et déco à revoir. On ne peux prendre un bain car pas de bouchon pour le siphon du coup douche; Autant mettre une douche à l'italienne . J'ai du demandé à la réception une serviette de bain ,un tapis de bain,et la boite de mouchoir que le personnel m'a donné de suite .... sinon taille de la chambre très bien, la terrasse très agréable et le restaurant très bon, Je ne suis pas sûr que cet hotel soit un 4 étoiles ?

Hotel mal aprovechado. Situación inmejorable, instalaciones buenas pero mal explotadas. Muy bien integrado en el entorno. El personal no habla nada más que Francés y parece (con tosos mis respetos) que sean todos aprendices del oficio... con detalles como que no saben donde estan las cosas en el comedor o como se hace para activar el cargador del coche... entre otras. Muy voluntariosos, pero el hotel mal gestionado.

L’hôtel est très propre, la chambre impeccable et la piscine magnifique. L’offre de restaurant est plus qu’ordinaire. Le « steak frites » c’est du bœuf haché. Le burger au bleu… sans bleu. Le déjeuner à 13€ très ordinaire. Malheureusement, le personnel semble démuni face à la moindre question.

On nous remet la carte de la chambre qui au final n étai prête. Alors qu on nous avais bien dis au téléphone que a 16h elle serai prête. On a du attendre 30 mn de + et a aucun moment on nous a proposé de nous offrir a boire pour patienter alors que l hôtel fais aussi bar restaurant. Grosse déception ce point

Hôtel facile d'accès et bien situé pour Rocamadour et Padyrac (en voiture uniquement). L'équipe semble très novice dans les metiers de l'hôtellerie, de l'accueil jusqu'à la restauration (et bar). Ce sentiment "de manque de compétence" vient ternir le charme de l'hôtel. Ca reste acceptable, mais le prix et les étoiles ne sont actuellement pas mérité.
