The room was spotless. However, we were there for three nights and the room was not serviced during our stay.
It was a very nice stay checkin staff on arrival were amazing. However check out very poor the young man was rude and didnt seem to know what he was doing.Made the trip for our friends and us a bit sour spoiled the whole experience..Shame
The room was amazing. The checkin process was efficient. The gardens were amazing and peaceful. Also, Jason and Annela were friendly, professional and helped make my stay a fantastic one. Thank you.
Nice location for a special event, but would not stay again overnight, better value for money elsewhere.
Poor amenities, broken furniture in the room and overpriced on weekends, food is only average.

Great location for our Christmas in July dinner and stay with friends. They did run out of quite a few of the bottles of wine though
Robertson is a lovely little town, the the Robertson hotel was warm and cozy and put on a great "Xmas in July" meal. Loved it

Generally overpriced for a 3 star hotel. The building has wonderful charm but needs some attention by the owners.

ROBERTSON HOTEL VERY DISAPPOINTING
We have just stayed 4 nights at the Robertson Hotel which was very disappointing. Our room was spacious however it lacked so much. There was no wardrobe or draws in the room only a towel rack to hang cloths. There was no tea or coffee making in the room only in the hallway for everyone to use which kept running out of coffee. There was no fridge in the room. We normally only use skim milk in our tea and coffee so we carry our own but we were not able to have it for the 4 nights as we could not keep our milk cold. There was only 1 single exposed PowerPoint which was at floor level. All other power points were behind the bed. With only 1 single PowerPoint how do we and families charge multiple phones, ipads and laptops and not even have a table to put them on. My partner likes to wash her hair while we are away but there was no hair dryer in the bathroom and I use an electric shaver however there was no PowerPoint in the bathroom to use her travel hair dryer and my electric shaver. Some of the blackout curtains need replacing as they were badly torn.
The hotel has that old world charm and is expensive to stay however having stayed in many hotels throughout the world and within Australia I could only give it a 2 1/2 to 3 star rating. The accommodation rooms are on the 1st and 2nd floors with no lift.
I had a room with shared bathroom. Room was nice and quiet. There are 2 shared bathrooms- one for ladies and one for gents. The ladies had 3 toilets and 2 XXL shower cubicles to shower and dress. Very clean, tidy and well stocked. Downside was my room was at the end of the hall so a bit of a walk at night. Lovely old charm hotel.
We enjoyed a Murder Mystery night. The food was ok, would have been better warm. Breakfast was also cold - warming up the plates would help on cold days.
