I had a wonderful stay at Le Méridien hotel, with excellent amenities and service throughout. However, the valet parking service fell short of expectations, lacking the efficiency and courtesy I had experienced elsewhere. Despite this, the overall experience was still enjoyable.

Not consistent. 3 weeks ago the hotel service and cleanliness was good. This time the room was not clean with slippers used and thrown in the cupboard. Staff were friendly and approachable. Room was clean and comfortable. The contemporary design and hard surfaces mean that the interior feels a little stark and unfriendly (just a personal view though) and I thought the food (breakfast and evening room service meal) were quite average.
