Shower needs updating There in NO internet in the ROOM You have to sit outside in the heat to get internet, and that was not even reliable.

No Wifi in Rooms was really average. Had to go down to reception in a room with no air con. Very average. Also TV's werent working when we arrived there and teh greeting at reception was very pitiful.

Need to be careful pulling out if the hotel. Can be tricky with parking inside. Staff is friendly. Basic motel gets the job done.

All the walls in the room were covered in mold, the ac leaked constantly, and the shower barely worked. Argued with the staff for 3 hours to get a refund, to which they agreed. When Expedia reached out to them to get permission for a refund they refused them there. The hotel also conveniently had their phone line down for a few days so Expedia couldn’t reach get into contact with them for a while, but internet the internet was working somehow. I know it’s Mexico, but this whole experience was incredibly shady and disappointing. I wouldn’t even consider staying here again if my entire trip was paid for. Tulum overall was fantastic though. Had a wonderful trip and met many wonderful people despite this place.

Exceeded expectations
Really nice and clean room. It had extra touches, like towel origami. The staff was helpful, even in early morning hours. Good ac, nice Wi-Fi , and right off main highway. For the price, was surprised how nice room was.

Check in process was a joke. Staff did not ask for ID to verify if I was indeed the person who made the reservation. BED BUG on window shade. Bed sheets had stains. There was no security and staff was not on guard. Anyone from outside could easily walk in

Really only 2 complaints, sometimes you had hot water, sometimes you didnt. Second, shower drain doesn't drain well.

Nice hotel
Hotel is nice. About 15 min walk to downtown. Only bad thing is if you wanna go sleep early you can’t there is a bar with a really loud music behind the hotel, music stops at 11pm.

Nice hotel.
I had a wonderful experience in Tulum Inn Hotel. The staff is amazing. Breakfast is vey simple, but it was enough. Room with all services, everything was more than excellent.
