the room smelled like weed, the toilet wouldn't flush, and they offered me a plunger to fix the toilet myself. No manager supposably and no maintenance. They said there was nothing they could do; you could come pick up the plunger!!!... what!?!?

Old and sad
We were overwhelmed by the smell of cigarette smoke as soon as we opened the door. Luckily the windows opened and we were able to air out the room somewhat. The furniture was old and dirty. The rugs were filthy. Basically the room needs an update. The pool was very disappointing. It was extremely dirty and the few pool chairs were broken and very dirty. No plants or decorations like in the pics. Overall, our stay was very disappointing. My husband enjoyed the breakfasts but again, the floor and the furniture is very dirty and stained and old. The staff was very nice and very welcoming.
