I’m not a frequent traveler, maybe 1-2x a year, but this was an unexpected emergency. Reserving online was easy, checking in was great. Every staff member I interacted with was super friendly, helpful, and professional. I loved the setup of the rooms. They were larger than most standard doubles and the beds were separated by counter/cabinet/fridge, somewhat like an island that provided privacy between the beds. Great storage space which was helpful traveling with pets. Room was very clean. They offered breakfast (including hot foods) but never tried to offer opinion, but nice variety. Overall had no complaints and would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend. Thank you to all the staff for making an unpleasant situation very comfortable.

Parking was difficult at times especially if you have a larger vehicle. Room was very big with plenty of space. Bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good

I know it is a crap shoot but i was put right next to the gate near the back and right next door to a trap room. People were coming and going all night. People were yelling the guys name. This turned into not getting any sleep for 3 nights straight. Front desk said there was nothing they could do.

Not a safe property/parking lot
We left after just 30 minutes. We checked in and then we went to park our car and the parking lot was so sketchy. Homeless people loitering and what looked like several drug deals going down. I did not feel safe leaving anything in our car…and then as we were unloading it truly felt our car would get stripped or broken into overnight. I was literally scared to be in the parking lot in broad daylight.
