Great place to stay that is quiet and out of the way of the main busy part of town. The downside is you have to walk up hill to the uphill end of town. The rooms are large and bathrooms are large with private covered patios or balconies outside the door. The staff was very friendly and helpful also.
Definitely a great spot if you have a car. Just make sure they have a parking spot available for you. The rooms are very updated, spotless and comfortable. It is a long uphill walk from the train station.
One of my favourite places I’ve stayed in Italy. The room itself was very clean and comfortable and had all that we could need. The grounds we beautiful and a lovely little property with other units around, though it did not feel busy at all. It was very peaceful.
Riommigore is basically a large hill on this side with the main road going through the midddle. This property is almost right at the top of the hill. It’s only about 5-7 minutes to get all the way down but it is a steep wall back up but only for about 2-3 minutes. I would say it’s better to not have to haul your luggage all the way down and back up though. So for us, the location was actually perfect.
Everything was great. The only suggestion would be to improve WiFi.

Disliked: Room comfort
Room stayed wet but great view…
The room stayed wet inside including the sheets, pillow cases. We ran the dehumidifier the entire time we were in the room but it did not help. We did not have hot water only lukewarm to cold. But the view was gorgeous.
We had a great stay at Locanda Ca da Iride! The neighborhood is very peaceful the room / apartment was very spacious with a very nice and peaceful balcony.
The reception privided a lot of tips and recommendations for hotels and bars for the 5 villages of cinque terre. They also provided a QR code that allow you to have discount for the hikes.
Amazing view and balcony!!! Absolutely gorgeous town and this place is amazing. I loved watching the sunset as I read my book in the evening
It is a bit of a walk up the town from the train though
Overall very nice and comfy. A terrace was there which was nice to sit out at and people watch. But we learned us flat lander's from FL. USA had not gotten used to all the climbs. First to the apartment & then up and down all the time to dining & shops. Is a lovely terrace town area!
The communication was great! The property was absolutely stunning! Great location, especially for someone needing parking. Would recommend to anyone staying here in the future.
Beautiful hillside accommodations! These are individual apts with lovely amenities. We had our own private balcony with seating area, spacious room (as far as Italy goes), decent size bathroom with shower, as well as good closet space, safe and refrigerator. The host offered breakfast with quaint seating area outside. Communication prior to arrival was excellent! We were provided with visitor credentials to assist with elevator at the train station and Via Dell’Amore pass. Cinque Terre card is needed if you plan to enter the park (to hike between towns) and can be purchased online. We highly recommend!!
Oh my goodness. This place is so beautiful. We were in the room with the balcony and we could have hung around forever. We would go back, even though there were 53 stairs up to the room. Communication was tricky as Elaina was sending us messages, but our phones weren’t working. We learned to use “what’s app”. I suggest you do the same.
Centrally located, nice staff and clean rooms. There are about 25 steps to the reception area so pack light or ask the staff for help, if needed.
There is a church nearby with a bell that tolls each hour. If you are a light sleeper this might affect you but you will hear it from all locations in this area.
Would definitely stay here again. Large room, hot shower and friendly staff.
