Overall good experience but there were a few hiccups. I was spoiled by my stay at other hotels in Brazil in that I got used to having large smart TVs with Netflix capability. My room here didn’t have that. I found the room service options to be very limited and not especially tasty. I was disappointed that my first day there the maids forgot to clean my room, even after I’d returned from an eight hour day out. With that said, it’s Rio so for most folks watching TV and eating in the hotel room isn’t a big deal. I will commend their breakfast service though, very nice food, good service, and a great view of the beach (especially sunrise).

Excelente!!! Localización excelente frente a la playa de Copacabana. El personal sumamente atento y disponible, siempre sonrientes y agradables. En recepción nos atendió Alexandre que hablaba muy bien español. Las habitaciones son comodas y bien equipadas. La vista desde el ultimo piso es sensacional. 100% recomendado. Ya queremos volver!
