It was terrible! The hotel sucks! One day without lights, other day with no hot water. And I had to pay for it. Jesus! The hotel looks like the Hollywood Tower Hotel! Stay away from it!

I recently stayed at [Hotel Name] and, unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. While the hotel is located conveniently, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The bed was in such poor condition that I seriously considered sleeping on the floor, as it seemed a cleaner option. The level of dirt and lack of maintenance were surprising and definitely detracted from the overall experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure future guests have a more comfortable and hygienic stay.

Well the hotel is a bit old, but still convenient to stay. Also a varied breakfast every day would be attractive. Overall I would rate the property as appropriate as it is not far from the copacabana beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants.

There was blood stains on the bedding sheets, and the bed itself was quite uncomfortable, air conditioning didn’t work well, toilet was clogged. The Breakfast was really great, surprisingly so. The ONLY good thing about my stay at this hotel.

Terrivel! As fotos não condizem com a realidade. Os quartos e corredores fedem a mofo, banheiro tem vazamento por todos lados, parede do quarto com o reboco aparecendo por obra não finalizada, piscina com água turva desde o primeiro dia. Os hóspedes reclamavam poor todo lado dos mesmos problemas. Café da manhã simples e repetitivo. A governanta Luciana é grossa e estupida com os hóspedes. Mas o cúmulo foi no checkout, onde tivemos que pagar por bebidas alcoólicas não consumidas, com assinaturas falsas na nota de pedido, e mesmo explicando ao funcionário que aquilo era um erro, o mesmo pouco se importou e disse que não sairíamos de lá sem pagar. Pagamos porque era 3am e precisávamos ir pro aeroporto. Se negaram a fornecer nota fiscal. Ficou claro a prática se estelionato e que aquilo era um combinado entre os funcionários pra roubar dinheiro dos hóspedes. Vou fazer um boletim de ocorrência. Não vão a esse hotel. A estadia toda foi um inferno.
