"Very welcoming, clean, well maintained property. Aair-conditioned rooms with attached bathroom. The common areas are lovely: spatious, decorated with local art and fresh flowers, impecably clean. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel at home. They can do your laundry. The place is 4 min walk from Munda airport. The shops and produce market are nearby. Dining at Agnes Lodge is across the street as is the jetty for all type of water activites. Higly recommended."

"This basic accomodation has all the key elements ... a good shower, good bed, good WiFi, good aircon. It's not the Ritz, but excellent value - there's a shared kitchen if you want to do your own cooking. The team are friendly too ... which always helps."

"The thatch roof was old and full of termites, thus termite dust fells from the ceiling all day and night. I woke up with it on my face, in my hair, everywhere. The lighting in in the room is very poor. The room is open so you have mosquitoes all day and night. The chair on the porch was broken. Water drains onto the floor not down the pipe. I told the (new) owner and he said they knew these problems and planned to shut down the unit and put on a new roof. But still took my $175/night fee and did not put us into a nicer room, I would not recommend this room unless you know the rooms have been upgraded."
