This first floor Ocean Front apartment puts you steps away from beautiful sunsets and sunrise, as well as quick access (200 meters) to a small adjacent beach. The property is located in Rincon, which has some of the best beaches on the island. Rincon is a hub for tourism and home to a great variety of food, art, surfing, and beach goers. The apartment has 2 nice size bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen and living area providing enough space to be your home away from home. The condo is child friendly offering a safe 1rst floor.

Minimum Down Payment of 25%, final payment due 3 days prior to arrival - FREE CANCELLATION- 100% refund if cancelled at least 24hrs of arrival.

**Please note that the condo is OCEAN FRONT but beach access is about 200 meters from property. A quick 2 minute walk.

Perfect Spot
Highly recommend staying here the place was really well done just like the pictures. You do have an ocean view. If you walk out the back patio there is a walking beach a few minutes away but the beach that is a few minute drive which is ALMENDROS beach is a better beach not a lot of people and you can rent jet skis. I would Highly recommend taking a taxi to the art walk because it’s only five dollars a person. All in all I love this place and the host was amazing. Answered any questions was always available. Will stay here again Loved the place !!!

Liked the ocean view behind the property that is accesible from the patio as the property is on the ground floor. A few minutes drive to Rincon town center where there’s lots of dining options and entertainment. The apartment is very comfortable and has all the amenities needed for a day at the beach. Washer and dryer, working kitchen are a plus!

Walkable to beach
Clean condo with everything you’d likely need for a beach stay. Beach towels, chairs, and umbrella. Walkable to a small beach that felt very private with locals only hanging out. Bed was comfortable, water pressure was good. Don’t flush tp though. Full size laundry was good. Kitchen had lots of dishes and utensils. Also Keurig to brew pot of coffee but no kcups so bring your own. Communication was great. Thanks for the stay!

Fantastic stay! We’ll be booking this again! Great location close to everything and a SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH!!! The inside appears to have been recently remodeled. Everything was clean and the host was awesome! Looking forward to coming back!!
