Very nice hotel.

Breakfast plentiful, hotel very clean and fresh, pool a little cold, sauna great, room (258) very nice but had an issue with loud music from 6.30am- midnight at least, so had a new room 2 floors up which was perfect, (music was coming from hotel speakers in breakfast room area, Room 258 was below glass roof level basically inside the area so inevitably the noise would penetrate.

Pullman Old Town is a charming hotel in an ideal location, perfect for exploring the city. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with excellent service each morning. Every staff member we met was warm, helpful, and genuinely eager to make our stay perfect.

Disappointing Stay My recent stay at the Pullman Riga hotel was far from enjoyable. The staff were consistently rude and inattentive—requests were ignored, and there was a noticeable lack of basic hospitality. The room was poorly designed and just odd. The layout felt impractical, with awkward furniture placement and insufficient storage. The overall atmosphere was uncomfortable and not at all relaxing. To make matters worse, the breakfast was cold and unappetizing. The selection was limited, and the food seemed to have been sitting out for far too long. Overall, I would not rece.

Great and Modern Hotel in the Perfect Location

Really glad we chose this hotel. It was in a central location, close to everything. The breakfast had enough variety for a three night stay and not feel repetitive. They accommodated us when we asked to change our room the second day, due to a strong odor of paint since the hotel is going through a renovation. They also helped us with a later checkout. Thank you all for an enjoyable stay!!

Great hotel, located in the heart of old Riga. Walking distance to everything. Very recently remodeled. Breakfast offers a large selection of various food including vegan. Amenities include nice fitness room with pool and sauna. We had an amazing stay and definitely we’ll be back.

The hotel itself and the location were great. The only problem was the parking. You can’t drive up to the hotel at all because it’s near the parliament and other political institutions. There’s no way to get to the hotel by car. The GPS kept rerouting, probably because it didn’t “understand” why access was blocked. There are police on every corner, so if you try to drive up, you risk getting a fine. This should definitely be mentioned when booking the hotel, so you know what to expect.

Great hotel in old town

The hotel is very well located on the edge of the old town within short walking distance to attractions. There are lots of great quality restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. The hotel restaurant is expensive but excellent and worth the money. The hotel is currently towards the end of a refurbishment but that did not disrupt our stay. Unsure if our room had been done yet but was comfortable, quiet and extremely spacious. The air con was effective and not too noisy. Some minor areas of damage to door frames in the room and some tile damage and yellowing of shower seal but did not detract away from cleanliness.
