Quick easy clean. Only annoyance was the security guard trying to stop us to check our IDs(obviously over 40) at 5am as we walked through the casino floor with our luggage to get out the door to our car, stupid and annoying.

This property would have scored all 5 stars if I had been able to sleep. There is an automatic night light that I’m assuming is supposed to be motion sensored at the bottom of the nightstand between the beds, but ours went off randomly throughout the night…and it lights up the entire room which woke me up all through the night. Besides that, hotel was very nice and staff were friendly

Awesome hotel...super clean, trendy and just nice! The rooms are super nice with some of the best beds and pillows we have honestly ever had in a hotel. The bathroom is perfect with a door and a separate toilet room, and walk in shower. (Nobody wants to poop in bathroom right next to a nasty bathtub shower like so many hotels used to have...ewww ick.) This bathroom is perfect.

The bathroom fan did not work and the front desk didn't seem to care at all they didn't offer to give us a different room they couldn't they didn't try to even fix it they just said sorry for the inconvenience and that was it and we paid $500 a night that room

I would like to have a shuttle that would take you to the Ridgefield Amphitheater. This concert was the reason we stayed at your hotel. One other thing I would like to mention, I found your shower floor to be slippery. I suggest you have the non skid bath mats in the bathrooms. Beautiful hotel, casino, we will be back!

The hotel and casino were very clean. The staff we worked with at the hotel check in was super friendly! Lots of dining options. The casino was nice with lots of slot machine options, although we won nothing.
