My only complaint was the heater in my room. I had to put the temperature High but it still did not heat. However I requested a extra blanket which was given. I slept well after that.

Bathroom was cramped for one person, let alone multiple sharing a room. Bathroom was also dirty and the sliding glass door for the shower did not slide. All staff we encountered were fabulous, extremely kind and accomodating which made up for the lack of cleanliness in the room. The reception in the evenings also was fantastic and worth the price of admission. Would recommend cleaning crew double check that no food or drinks are left in fridge and cabinets after each guest. We disposed of partially consumed food/drink items.

The air was not working and it was so hot and kids running and stomping around after 11pm I had to call 2 times to the desk to complain and they said they’d send someone to check and nothing happened which ended up waking my two young children up.

Would not stay at this property again. The rug in our room was soaking wet. Staff brought a fan in to dry it but it caused the room to smell like mold & wet dog. The pool was disgusting. It had a film floating on it & couldn’t see the bottom. On our last day, we found cockroaches in the bathroom as well as our sleeping area. Never agàin!

The property itself was very nice and modern. One issue that arose was that only one of the two elevators worked, which made it very congested and slow to use. One of the staff said they have been waiting for parts for a month. Another issue was that on our hall it smelled like trash; my best guess was that a trash chute had been left open somewhere. Unfortunately the door where the odor was coming from was locked. We called the desk and they were great in responding quickly, and when they smelled it, they immediately moved our room to a different part of the hotel, and they even sent up some treats from the shop. After we moved, the other hall was fine, but we checked and it did not seem they fixed the trash smell before we left. Maybe because it was the weekend they could not unlock the door but it seemed quite strange to have the smell of garbage in an otherwise nice hotel. We were sorry not to have had a better experience.

Staff was very friendly, but the hotel is in dire need of maintenance. Elevators felt unsafe. Two of the elevators are not working and a third of the four elevators got stuck while we were there. Carpets are filthy. Bathroom door felt like I was gonna fall off. Shower door didn’t shut completely Things looked rusty and old. The common area where food is served was very nice though.

I loved my stay here! The complimentary breakfast was a 10/10, and my room was so cozy and clean. Staff was super accommodating when I extended my stay and asked any questions, and it was definitely worth the price. I booked this room same day and was accommodated with no problems. Thank you!
