The bathroom was not clean-i showed pictures to person at desk. she gave me cleaning products bec i did not want to move rooms and she was the only person at the desk. the TV remote was not working - i had to bring it to front desk to change batteries with a second person! I did not have breakfast and I checked out a day earlier.

The room was great, clean and comfortable. What really stood out is that Shelby at the front desk took the time to call the room and make sure everything was up to what was comfortable. As well Martin, was so kind and generous at breakfast making sure the food was hot, always available, and even offers to make some off the menu items. I've stayed here many times and every time just seems to keep me coming back.

The one complaint have is that they have music cranked up at the elevators on every floor all day and night. You can clearly hear the music in your room when trying to sleep. This must be addressed. Only get a room if you can get one on the far ends of the hallway.
