This was a great hotel. Staff was wonderful and polite. The hotel was very clean, the pool was awesome and not to deep. It was perfect for my kids. The grab and go breakfast was great too. Eggs, bagels, coffee, juice, jimmy dean sandwhiches. The area was a little remote with not many options for food. There is a taco bell and Arbys right in the parking lot!!! Would definitely recommend this hotel for a quick 1 or 2 night stay

This hotel was the best one I have used. The service was excellent and breakfast was not the usual crap they serve. It was breakfast sandwiches and coffee was served 24 hours.

The property was beautiful and clean. There are several shops and restaurants on the same city square. It is a very trendy, healthy, and echo-friendly area. The staff was friendly, but the valet people seemed to be short staff therefore, parking was confusing, and getting your car could take up to 15 minutes. The valet is 36.00 per night, and there is no option to self-park. The breakfast was good, with plenty of options, and they have a nice tea station in the afternoon. The pool was very small but looks out to the city. There is no hot tub! Overall, I recommend the property; just be ready to pay an arm and a leg for valet if your planning on a longer stay!

What was a mundane typical check-in turned into giving me a smile and me commenting to my fellow travelers how great he was. Exceptional customer service! Me and my girlfriend came for Kings dominion and the hotel was very convenient and close to the amusement park. We also went to Frozay in Richmond, which is not too far away as well overall it was a great stay and we enjoyed ourselves.
