Gros désagrément à Richard Toll
Notre séjour n'a pas pu être effectué, car l'hôtel n'avait pas reçu la réservation. Il voulait donc nous faire repayer.
Votre service n'a pas fonctionné, je demande le remboursement.
Pour info, nous avons été obligés de trouver un autre hôtel.
