The lock on our door did not work correctly. We stayed 4 days and only once was able to get into the room by ourselves. The key worked to get into the hotel side door but not our room. The manager did give us a nice discount

We asked for wheelchair accessible room and was not given one. Then when asked after check in they moved us to one that was more accommodating. Then after we get all packed up and moved up the hall an hour later they tell us we have to leave because somebody else had booked that room through Expedia. We should have been able to stay there since we were there first and we went through Expedia also. Instead we had to scramble to find another location or cut our trip short. Very disappointed in both Best Western and Expedia.
