We had only a 1 day stay as we were getting on a cruise ship. This hotel was very close to the cruise port and the staff their directed us to a walkable distance to a free shuttle bus to the cruise port, We explored the area , which was downtown, on foot and enjoyed it very much..

Overpriced for the quality of the room

Good location but room with slanted ceiling and only skylights without windows. Felt like we were in an attic. Not happy with the room for the price we paid.

I was first given a room with a slanted roof - so that I could not stand up straight in half of the room - with two big skylights - one over the bed. I requested and was given a room change. Also - I was not notified when I made the reservation that all dining facilities were closed for renovation. The breakfast room was freezing cold the first as the heat had not been turned on. Staff were very courteous, but I was not impressed with the organization. I would not recommend the hotel based on my experience.

The hotel is at best a 3 star. Rooms were not cleaned. Room was an attic. Location was great. Bed was ok, just couldn't stand up when getting out of one side because it was an attic with slanted ceiling. Staff was both good and bad. Three of the receptionists encountered were helpful and courteous, a fourth was not helpful at all. Would not stay here again.

My mirrors wee dirty, my sheets were soiled; and, when asking to replace them to allow for a hygienic sleep, I was met with inappropriate and unprofessional behavior. I had a VIP booking but didn’t receive the upgrade to my knowledge, and I was unrested before flying. It made for an experience that will make me very unlikely to return to this hotel for anything other than Brut. Will be speak with management at a later time, but I must catch my flight.

Great location - walkable to everything. Large rooms and great shower. Parking is a challenge only due to one way streets. Hotel only provides drip coffee with full paid breakfast, but coffee shop attached to lobby is good (small portions & pricey). Would stay again - good value for price.

Downtown complications

Lovely hotel but in the city with noise on the street until 3:30am on a Friday night but maybe due to a festival weekend that has complicated our stay with parking required outside of downtown. We will need to walk a distance to the car with our bags. Room is tight with layout snd beautiful high tub is dangerous for our age. Will need to ask for handicapped room in future😊

The bed was comfortable. It was difficult getting bags up the few steps to the elevator and the door was very heavy to hold open ourselves.Staff did not offer assistance. We got a room with a tub that was too.high to step in. ourselvescwith luggage.
