Conveniently located; free parking nearby. My room was directly over the hotel entrance and I heard every tour group arrive and assemble for departure ! Request a room in the rear of the property on a high floor!

This is a great hotel, staff and experience. Very professional staff answered all questions and tried to be helpful. Food was good, this is a far north location for that. Spa was fantastic and well kept. Rooms were high ceiling industrial just enough space for 3 in junior suite. Beds were nice. One window opened slightly and needed that. Location in up and coming area and still walkable to centre. Wonderful overall stay.

Hotel staff was nice. They were full when we arrived, but they did get us in prior to the official check-in time. This allowed us to get a nap in after our long overnight flight. There is a nice coffee house and restaurant in the hotel. I was nervous about the location because it's kind of away from all the other hotels, but this location is amazing! You are close to the harbor, which is where a lot of the good restaurants are and it was only a 10 minute walk or so to the main downtown shopping area. Whenever we needed assistance from the desk they were very helpful. The room was a tad smaller than it looked in pictures, but we were rarely in the room so it wasn't an issue.

One night stay. Check in was awesome. Arrived real early and they had a room available for us. Front desk was super helpful and nice as we had a lot of questions during our stay. Balcony room (tho not sure the purpose of the balcony as there were no chairs nor a table). Room was average size, nothing special. Shower drained real slow (alerted front desk upon check out). Property/lobby included a bar, cafe, restaurant, and spa. Spa area had 2 huge hot tubs, a sauna, and a large zen sitting area. (Spa not included with all rooms). Lockers are available free of charge to store luggage if needed. Overall a great stay. In fact, we will be staying again after our cruise!
