NĆ£o posso ar condicionado na sala. HĆ” uma tarifa diĆ”ria de R$ 25,00 para disponibilizaĆ§Ć£o de frigobar no quarto. Mau cheiro no corredor do hotel e no banheiro. Limpeza inadequada.

Desapontado e sĆ³ nĆ£o dei a nota minima pois todos os funcionĆ”rios, da recepĆ§Ć£o atĆ© a senhora responsĆ”vel pelo restaurante, foram excelentes. Ɠtimo atendimento. ComeƧou com um desapontamento por ser um aparthotel, um dos mais caros de Resende, e nĆ£o tinha frigobar. ALias, nĆ£o sĆ³ frigobar, mas nenhum copo, talher, prato. E a existĆŖncia do minibar (minibar em uma busca no Google mostra que Ć© o mesmo que frigobar) estava explicita no anuncio do Hotels.com. Havia falta inclusive de opƧƵes de bebidas no restaurante e recepĆ§Ć£o, eu precisei ir atĆ© um local proximo para adquirir bebidas. O hotel fica escondido em uma rua deserta e escura, regiĆ£o perigosa inclusive. Jantei no restaurante do hotel (que tambĆ©m nĆ£o tinha opƧƵes de cerveja) e o tempero da comida e a atenĆ§Ć£o foram otimos, mas um "filet" a parmegiana muito duro, puro nervo. A pessoa que faz a comida, que sĆ³ merece elogios, nĆ£o tem culpa da administraĆ§Ć£o fornecer material de baixa qualidade. VĆ”rios hospedes transitavam pelo hotel, elevadores e restaurante sem mascaras e se servindo no cafĆ© sem usar luvas e mascaras, ninguĆ©m do hotel para fiscalizar e alertar.

Falta de organizaĆ§Ć£o na hora do check-in. Chegamos as 15:20 e o quarto ainda estava sendo feita a limpeza. Tivemos que esperar terminar. Mesmo assim o quarto tem cheiro de mofo e a limpeza deixou a desejar.

Sempre que vou ao Rio, vindo de SĆ£o Paulo, dependendo do horĆ”rio, faƧo uma parada em Resende para descansar e seguir viagem no dia seguinte. Ɖ a segunda vez que fico nesse hotel. Cheguei por volta das 22:30 e , claro, por questĆ£o de seguranƧa, a porta estava fechada. O recepcionista acionou o botĆ£o e adentramos no recinto. Na recepĆ§Ć£o ficamos olhando e aguardando esse mesmo recepcionista mexer e terminar de mexer o seu cafezinho prata , sĆ³ entĆ£o, nos dar atenĆ§Ć£o. As instalaƧƵes do hotel estĆ£o cada vez piores, o cafĆ© da manhĆ£ tambĆ©m piorou bastante.

Achei o quarto espaƧoso, porĆ©m sujoā€¦ Um tanto empoeirado, cabelos em algumas partes do apartamento. O chuveiro nĆ£o esquentava, fiz o contato na recepĆ§Ć£o e sĆ³ depois fui entender que para esquentar nĆ£o poderia abrir tanto a torneira.

Nao vale o custo benefĆ­cio
Logo que eu cheguei no quarto havia uma pequena aranha andando pela mesa na sala. Achei ter sido algo pontual, mas havia uma dentro do frigobar tbm. Alem disso, muitas formigas. O armario tinha um cheiro de mofo mto intenso, ao ponto de eu nĆ£o tirar as roupas da mala. Um ponto muito ruim em relaĆ§Ć£o Ć  infraestrutura Ć© que o ar condicionado fica apenas no quarto, e ele nao Ć© mto forte. Trabalhar na sala, no calor, foi como estar numa sauna. Nao tinha nem um ventilador na sala pra ajudar, e o ar frio do quarto nao chegava nem perto. O atendimento foi educado, mas nao adianta gentileza com uma infraestrutura ruim.

O hotel Ć© simples, mas o atendimento dos funcionĆ”rios foi bom, sendo o Sr. Junior muito educado e prestativo. CafĆ© da manhĆ£ bom. O box estava com pequeno vazamento, o que deixava o tapete molhado, embora tenha percebido sinais de tentativa de reparo anterior.
