Perfect lodge
Great connecting spot for our group- 13 guys all had tons of room and beds as well as plenty of bathrooms. Was a great spot for the different ORV trails we rode in the area. Good Restaurants are about an hours drive so I would consider cooking in or planning to spend at least 2 hrs round trip for some of the great choices or food in the area, from Iron city to Marquette. Overall great place with an awesome lodge and the sauna was icing on the cake for me. Would stay again.

Serene lakeside retreat
We had an amazing stay at this property! The place was excellent with plenty of space both inside and out. The entire property was quiet and very clean, making it a perfect retreat. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive to all our questions, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The amenities were fantastic, with plenty of row boats, canoes, and kayaks available, plus a floating platform that added to the fun. The lake itself was very clean and teeming with wildlife, including crawfish, bluegill, perch, and even trout. It was a delight to explore and fish. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway!

Amazing Place
Dear Mike & Nikki, Our family can't thank you enough for the incredible hospitality you extended to us at your serene retreat. It was the perfect setting for our large family to reconnect and make lasting memories. The tranquility of the surroundings, the pet-friendly environment, and the absence of other renters allowed us to truly unwind and enjoy each other's company. The amenities were outstanding. From the cozy cabin to the spacious lodge, every detail was thoughtfully considered. We loved gathering around the huge fire pit, roasting marshmallows, and sharing stories under the starlit sky. The sauna provided a luxurious touch, and the multiple gas grills made meal preparation a breeze. The highlight, of course, was the breathtaking 30-acre lake. It was a joy to fish, swim, and explore in the rowboats and canoes you generously provided. The knowledge that we had this pristine oasis all to ourselves made the experience even more special. The surrounding 160-acre property, with its scenic trails and abundant wildlife, offered endless opportunities for adventure. We appreciated your commitment to preserving the natural beauty of the area, including the measures you've taken to protect the lake's ecosystem. We will cherish the memories we made at your wonderful retreat for years to come. Thank you again for sharing your piece of paradise with us. With deepest gratitude, The Entire Marsh Family

Extended family trip
We loved our stay at this beautiful property. The access to the lake, the beautiful home, the remote location and the amenities available were perfect. Our kids caught many fish, used the canoes and kayaks daily and loved the lodge atmosphere. The owners were extremely accommodating. There was even an instance where a tree fell down after a storm, and the owners immediately removed it, which was above and beyond. We had an amazing time and would highly recommned!

Paradise in Michigan's Upper Peninsula
The 5 mile drive on a bumpy 2-track is well worth it when you reach the lodge and cabin on 160 acres with it's own private lake. We very comfortably slept over 20 men in the ample sleeping quarters. But the real gem is the huge gathering space in the main lodge. Beautiful views of the lake out one side and a kitchen/bar area on the other. A great place to congregate.

Beautiful Property on a private lake
We had the pleasure of staying at the lodge with group of old friends. It is a private and expansive property with a great lake for swimming and exploring on one of the row boats on premises. Would definitely recommend!

Family time
While I was a bit surprised by the remote location of the property (getting there seemed like miles and miles of narrow, winding road) the property met our needs very well. Having the lake to ourselves was definitely a plus. All in all a great place!
