The Space:
This charming upper unit is part of a cozy 4-plex community. With 2 ground floor and 2 upper units, each boasts its own private and secure entrance, ensuring peace and privacy. The only shared area is the quaint exterior gravel courtyard, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Additionally, each unit is allotted one reserved parking space, clearly marked for your convenience.

GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT

All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.

Guest Access:
On the day of your arrival, your host will send check in instructions including the code for the front door.

There is a designated parking space for unit “D” and you should park there. If you have extra cars you’ll need to find street parking for them.

The Neighborhood:
Located in a residential area with lots of amenities close by. Take a walk on the University's beautiful campus or go downtown to place a couple bets.

Getting Around:
Getting around Reno is best done by rental car or ride share app.

Other Things to Note:
As this is a 4-plex, it's important to note that guests may encounter occasional noise and activity from other renters. Additionally, neighboring complexes share the courtyard, which could contribute to ambient noise. While we strive to maintain a peaceful environment with strict quiet hours for the 4-plex, we kindly ask guests to reach out to the host in case of any disturbances. Your comfort and enjoyment are our top priorities, and we're here to address any concerns promptly.
