We propose to you with the hiring, in Rennes, in the district Saint-Hélier, near the station, this roomy apartment of a surface of 88 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers.

Located on the 6th and last floor with direct access by elevator on a private landing, it consists of a beautiful living room of 42 m², a fully equipped kitchen open to the living/dining room, three beautiful bedrooms, one of which has a dressing room, and a bathroom (with shower and toilet).
A private and secured garage is at your disposal for a vehicle with a maximum length of 4.80m.
An electrical outlet is connected to the apartment to recharge your electric vehicle (optional).

Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

Great Location
Wonderful 6th floor penthouse apartment. 5 minute walk to train station. Very comfortable, lots of room inside and outside. Only issue with stay was elevator did not work for three days of our stay requiring walking up/down 6 floors.

Beautiful apartment
My wife and I spent a week here and truly loved this apartment. It was bright, clean and modern, with a truly spectacular wrap-around deck on the top floor of the building. Our hostess, Linda, was very helpful and kind. Would recommend Illanka very highly and definitely hope to return here!
