The managers Chelsea and Fatima go ABOVE AND BEYOND their assigned jobs to make their customers happy and satisfied 😄 I had my own unexpected unfortunate event take place, leaving me without anywhere to stay for multiple nights with no financial assistance or means to rent a room, they both not only assisted me in aquaring the necessary documentation to receive financial assistance from the state to pay for the hotel, but they were extremely understanding, helpful, cooperative and allowed me to stay until my documents came thru via fax the same evening... There needs to be more women/management and hotel staff like these people.

Hot spot for drug dealers. Had a gentleman banging on my window at 1 am woke me and my family up. The smell of pot in the hall ways. People walking and fighting and arguing in the hotels. Just terrible.

But we. Felt unsafe for the 3nights we were there. People rented a conference/ballroom on the same floor where people stay/sleep. On our 2nd night there was a party with random people roaming the halls and in front of the hotel entrance. We stepped out to grab food at night and couldn’t return to the parking lot because ppl blocked the entry. Though we asked for our room to be cleaned it wasn't and carpet was disgusting, brakfast was ehhhh overall 4 out of 10.

The hot water was not working in my shower. I called the front desk and after waiting for an hour gave up. The breakfast was not stocked throughout the morning, at 9am many things were out and the few that were stocked didnt get stocked until close to 10. The entire breakfast area was very dirty as well.
