Great Option for Rehoboth Beach
Clean and modern. Short drive to the Park and Ride that we used to travel in and out of downtown/the beach to avoid having to find parking and pay hourly rates. The bus was $4 for all day/unlimited rides.

The property was very nice and clean. Breakfast provided was okay. Staff was very nice. Very comfortable beds. Only complaint is there are no closets or suitable area for hanging clothes, plus no dressers. Had to basically live out of our suitcases. Liked that the Outlets were very close, some within walking distance.

Housekeeping did not change linens as requested, did not take out trash out the whole stay (no we did not place the DND sign on the door handle), our floor was sandy when we first got there and the shower had orange scum in it. Mirrors were all fingerprinted. Breakfast Saturday morning was barely kept up with, limited options at 8:30am with breakfast lasting an additional hour after. It was a mess. Tried to speak with a manager who was in a meeting during a busy check out. So I contacted the hotel chain online customer service for resolution, very dissatisfied.

The style and vibe of this hotel were great! The staff was very friendly. The storage and logical setup of the rooms was impressive. The one downside was that there was not a working drinking fountain to fill our water bottles and we had to use bathroom sink water. The location was great for getting where we needed to go. We would stay here again!

It’s ok
Hotel is newer. Rooms are small and good for 2-3 nights but not longer. No closet or space to unpack.No iron in room.Breakfast is exactly the same every day with small selection offered. Great location but overall I think it’s overpriced. Front desk staff vas very polite.

The staff was very friendly & room was very neat and clean. The main problem we had was that rooms have hardwood floors. Early in the morning, the guests above us were getting ready to leave and were constantly moving their roller board luggage around. The rumbling sound went on for over an hour and made it impossible to sleep. The insulation between floor is not very good. Perhaps installing indoor / outdoor carpeting in room walkways would solve this problem. The breakfast was adequate. I could be modestly improved by adding granola and more fresh fruit to the selection

Overall, the property was in a great location and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was convenient. The floor in our room, however was very dirty and hadn't been mopped for a long time. I spilled a drop of water on the floor and my napkin was black after I wiped it up. Also, I didn't expect the towels to be exchanged or the bed to be made during the day, but I stay in many hotels and someone always comes in to empty the trash. Unfortunately this did not happen here. I expected more for $350/night.

Got there on Sunday and there was no hand soap in the bathroom. We used the body soap from the shower the first two days. On Tuesday around noon my mom called the front desk to ask for more towels and soap, they said they’d send them up. I also texted the number I had got when I checked in, that was supposed to get me assistance if I needed anything. More than 3 hours later we hadn’t heard from anyone or received anything. I sent another text and about an hour later someone texted back that they were busy at the front desk but would be up as soon as they could….terrible service.
