The team was great and we were able to check in 4 hours early, with the option to check out at 5pm (which we took advantage of!). As for the room, it looked nice at first glance, but the longer I looked, the more it became apparent that the room was dirty. For example, there were live and dead bugs in the room, there was hair on the floor, grime on the sink, stains on pillowcases, etc.. Now for the noise- I was there during the week and the volume of the live band playing at a bar across the street was shocking. At 11pm they were still playing, but the team was nice enough to offer ear plugs. All in all, it was decent spot for a quick weekend beach trip, and we loved the Dewey Beach area, but next summer we’ll opt for a hotel (vs. motel) and one that is less noisy with a higher standard of cleanliness.

Decent motel to stay in .
Good little motel it's perfect for drinking if you are trying to party . Lots of cops tho ! Lots of cops sitting right by the bars and hotel. The room is cute because it has different designs than a normal room.

Staff were amazing, everything was very smooth, was very easy for our toddler, 6 and 8 year old. Most definitely coming back. Very convenient and super close to the beach. Had a great time. The room was a lil older but at the same time everything else made up for it. Again, the staff were all super nice and helpful.

The hotel is very well maintained and clean. Its in a really good area, where you have lots of places to eat and hangout. The beach is also a 2 mins walk from the hotel which is so convenient.

The property was very well cared for, but in our entire stay, no one came to our room to empty trash, replenish towels or wipe down bathroom/vacuum the rugs. 4 days stay should warrant at least two light cleanings and especially a towel check.

Had a rowdy bunch in the rooms next to us that kept us up all night. Location is convenient to walk everywhere, however, the price you pay is to potentially have loud parties near you when you are trying to sleep. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was very clean no frills but great if you only go there to sleep.
