Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms two of which have Queen sized beds and one has a double bed.

Main floor is open concept with large kitchen, living room, half bath and work space.
Full bathroom and three bedrooms upstairs as well as laundry.
Guest access
Access to shared garage with one parking space, door opener will be provided. Front porch is not shared and offers seating area.
Small backyard deck with seating and bbq is available to use. Backyard is shared with guests from the basement suite.
Other things to note
Code will be provided for lock box to access key to home upon check in.
There is a basement suite which is occupied, everything is separate except the backyard.
