This hotel was a big time disappointment. From the second you walk in you can smell prior cigarette use and must, the walls are dirty and the lights are dim. It’s just very run down. Our room again, smelt. There was candy stuck to the carpets, the carpets could be washed.. along with everything else. The complimentary breakfast was minuscule with no options, we looked around and ended up leaving because no one in our family could find something worth while.

A fight broke out in the hallway at 5am. Rooms were not cleaned when requested and key cards needed to be replaced everyday. There are also very thin walls and gaps in the bedroom doors. Positive side, bed was comfortable, the breakfast had decent options and the price was right.

This was our first stay and we would definitely stay here again. Such a convenient location. Good parking. Very nice, clean room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar offered the best variety of good food we’ve seen. Excellent dining options were within a very short walking distance. Overall a very good experience.

The only person that spoke or smiled and was polite was the person who registered /checked me into hotel. Nobody else on staff either knows how to smile or say hello or even acknowledge your existence. . In other hotels you are greeted acknowledged by check in staff at front desk as you are going to breakfast. No greetings at this hotel. All I got was a stare down by both front desk persons and the uniformed security guard.
