We stay at the days in as it’s clean, good price and has a good breakfast. We’re regulars and the staff always treat us great. This weekend they had gotten new vending machines that only take debit but not mine the front desk used her debit so I could have a water.

The staff were very nice but the hotel was being remodeled so it wasnt the nicest. The room itself was dirty. Old candy wrappers on the floor, dirty floor both in the main room and bathroom , and stains on the wall and curtains which look like spit or something else. Didn't even want to use the shower. Not a good experience.

Hall carpets are stained and worn but the room was okay. Room furnishings show a bit of wear but still serviceable. The chair was falling apart and should be replaced. Breakfast was good. Pancake machine kept breaking. No hot water for tea. Couldn't use the pool as it was always in use by some swimming lessons. We were there for a wedding so didn't need to use the hotel for much.

I was so disappointed in this hotel. It was one of the pricier ones when I booked so I thought it would be great. The room had a stain or lack of paint on the headboard. There was dirt in the corners of the bathroom, and I had to hold the plug up to drain the shower. The carpets are worn and in desperate need of a renewal. The metal on the bottom of the elevator entrance was filthy. The pool area floor is totally unsafe and I’m surprised it hasn’t been shut down. The floor in the pool area is crumbling and worn completely away in places. The hot tub has rusty or dirty filters and has a scum layer. The breakfast area had sticky floors and the coffee machine was out of order. Overall, this hotel is not up to Regina standards and should be shutdown for renovations.

Very Rundown and Outdated for a 2024 hotel! Rust in shower, mold on A/C unit in the room. Doors, walls with noticeable cracks. Definitely could use a thorough deep cleaning and upgrade. Did the job of providing a place to sleep for a single night. Staff are neither super friendly nor rude.

Very nice and accommodating staff but the rooms are extremely dirty, we asked for a different room because the first had what looked like dog puke on the side of the bed so they switched us but we found beer bottle and chicken strip in the second room so they really aren’t thoroughly cleaned
