Super clean room, and super quiet, so if you're travelling with little dogs, it's great. It is a budget hotel, so don't expect a ton of amenities. That said, our TV was HUGE, there's a coffee machine, mini fridge, and microwave in the room, and the bathroom in the room is very nice. Comfy bed, lots of places to store your items. It could benefit from having a lamp in the room. Great restaurant with the free breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was excellent taking care of an issue I created (booked the wrong room), the hotel was clean and quiet for being on a main city street and the included breakfast offered 3 choices or you could use the voucher for $10 off any breakfast on the menu! Incredible value for a very unassuming hotel! One of those occasions that you can’t judge a book by its cover!

Pros: Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. The onsite restaurant was very good, and the portions were huge. There were a few different options to order for the included breakfast or you could use your voucher towards an item off the regular menu. Cons: The pool and hot tub were closed for renos which we were not aware of before arriving. Our room had only a shower and no tub. However it was a large shower with a rain shower head.

The front desk is manned by only one person who had to put up a 'be back soon' sign on the counter. Front line staff should always have support especially on weekends nights. We had to wait about ,5 minutes before the person returned from their break. Not the response one expects.
