When I arrived for check-in they did not know that I booked two rooms and had to find the other room. When we went into one of the rooms, the air-conditioner did not work and needed filter to be replaced in order to work properly. The maids don't "clean" your room. They pretty much do what they want and call it a service. They might make your bed up and they definately do not vacuum. I'm going to explore other options with different chains. Im not sold on Sheraton.

Wedding parties able to run the hallways until 4AM kept my family up on both days of our stay. Asked for towels and it took over four hours to get them. Asked about why the air conditioning was not working in the room and was told nothing could be done. This hotel gave us a terrible experience and I will be requesting some sort of compensation which is something I’ve never done in my life.

The Sheraton is a beautiful hotel. Very convenient to all beaches and boardwalk. Breakfast is very good. Rooms comfortable clean and spacious. Will definitely stay here again. Pool does need major cleaning, power washing is recommended. Other then that, fantastic place to stay.

we booked six different rooms at this property. All were wonderful. There is one issue with the property and that is the fact that the air conditions shut off at night and you have to move your body around to turn it back on which can interrupt sleep !

So many weddings. So loud every night. 11pm-3:30am. I have fibromyalgia. I got flared up so bad, i couldn't sleep. My daughter had dance nationals and barely slept. I do love the sheraton but this was horrible with no help from the hotel. I cleaned my own room daily. Only got towels once.
