Otima estadia X péssimo colchão de solteiro
A estadia foi otima, o problema que tivemos foi o colchao de solteiro. Pessimo colchão, gerou muotas dores e problemas na minha coluna e na do meu filho. Trocamos de lugar para ver se melhorava, mas não deu. Este é o ponto negativo da estadia. Infelizmente ficamos à base de eemedios.

Hotel muito bom, vale a pena se hospedar.
Hotel fica bem próximo à praia (200 mts), atendimento foi muito bom, os quartos são grandes e espaçosos além de possuir 3 grandes piscinas .. recomendo muito a estadia, com certeza voltaremos! Nos permitiram fazer late check out sem custo, isso foi sensacional!

Um dos melhores hotéis que já estive, a experiência foi maravilhosa! O hotel é extremamente limpo e organizado, os funcionários são muito atenciosos e simpáticos, o café da manhã é muito saboroso e com muitas opções, as piscinas são ótimas e o acesso à praia é muito bom, perto é todo calçado. O quarto era muito bom e a cama era gigante, os únicos ponto negativo é que a TV do quarto não é smart e a estrada até o hotel tinha alguns pontos de buracos. De resto está tudo perfeito!!!

Os colaboradores do hotel atendem super bem, o espaço parece novo e é confortável. Café da manhã é bem completo e gostoso. Acesso a praia bem em frente e próximo (disponibilizam toalhas para piscina, passeios e praia). E tem restaurante interno que serve pratos deliciosos nos horários fora o do café da manhã. Pontos negativos queria que fosse mais fácil o acesso pois um dos acessos que chega ao hotel em dias/épocas de chuva fica inundado (algumas pessoas da região comentaram que fica durante semanas assim) e o outro é por uma rua de terra na mata, totalmente descuidada pela prefeitura (sem iluminação alguma, muito esburacada nem ônibus de turismo quer passar por ali) Uber e táxi evitam em algumas vezes o local. Ficamos praticamente ilhados durante as noites. Ali naquela rua tem várias hotéis e resorts do mesmo grupo, acho que eles poderiam melhorar o caminho por conta própria para benefícios dos clientes deles. E por último sei que viajamos em época de chuvas para a região, mas eles tem uns pergolados lindos, mas sem nenhuma outra cobertura por cima, no caso de dias de chuvas eles até oferecem guardas chuvas pra andar dentro do hotel e poder ir até seu quarto, mas confesso que é complicado se locomover daí. Avaliando o geral foi ótima nossa estádia, eles podem estar avaliando esses pontos negativos para melhoria, mas recomendo a estadia ali (em épocas secas). Fui muito bem atendido e voltaria.

De maneira geral, ficar no quarto térreo não foi boa ideia pela acústica ruim. Qualquer barulho fora deu para ter obsono interrompido. Por voltavde 6h barulho de arrumação, depois crianças brincando. Mas tem um bom custo benefício, um bom café da manhã.

Hotel com estrutura muito boa, com 3 opções de piscinas e restaurante. Quarto grande e confortável. Café da manhã bom, com diversas opções. Localização não é muito fácil, uso de carro para ir à qualquer lugar é obrigatório.
