This hotel was filthy. When we arrived to our room it was obvious the carpets had not been vacuumed and the bathroom floor had not been mopped. There were random hairs all around the shower surround as well. The person we saw upstairs cleaning the room across the hall was just in the room with the door open but wasn’t cleaning. That was at least the fourth time we saw her in a 24 hour period and each time she was, scrolling social media, eating, or taking a personal call. That may be the cause of the state of the room but I would never venture to stay there again!

The hotel was in a good location for our needs. All staff we encountered were friendly and professional. While parts of the hotel had undergone remodelling, parts still require freshening like the carpeting. Breakfast area supplied everything necessary for an adequate start for your day, was well taken care of and refreshed as was needed. We would stay here again when in the area.

We didn’t have a tv remote in room no hair dryer no telephone staff wasn’t very friendly the receptionist seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered. The check in desk they wouldn’t let me use my Visa card had to use my debit card. Probably will never go to this comfort in again.

I didn’t like how rude the front desk woman from 3Pm to 11pm I checked in for couple days so i needed extra towels she was highly upset that the next day I asked for room service they literally left my room door open the entire day i come back to my room at 1130 At night and noticed the door is open on lock position so they forgot to unlock the lock switch so anybody could went to my. Room while I was gone the whole day

It's on the cheaper end of the spectrum, so one can't expect too much, but still .. Run down, too many years of not being well cleaned or taken care of have left it with permanent stains and wear, the tap water smells of sulphur, rotted eggs and bleach. What repairs or upgrades that were made were poor and guaranteed to create even more problems in the near future. The kicker for me was the rather large mouse that wandered into the bathroom while I was in there. Because if I see 1 in the room, it's a guarantee that there are a lot more living in the walls and floors
