Rapporto qualità prezzo non ci siamo, prezzo decisamente troppo alto per quello che offre. Abbiamo soggiornato in un bilocale e c'erano i letti fatti mentre il divano letto era ancora da fare, chiamando la reception sono venuti a farlo. In generale pulizia non il massimo, compresi piano cottura e zona cucina comprese le varie pentole e padelle, anche se noi non le abbiamo utilizzate. Il bagno anche quello i lavandini come pulizia non erano il massimo. Unica cosa buona la colazione inclusa che ahimè noi non siamo riusciti ad usufruire per l'orario tardo del nostro risveglio. Zona non lontana dal centro, circa 800m.

Die Residence La Nona bietet einfache Ferienwohnungen zu einem sehr guten Preis. Die Unterkunft liegt nur ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Zudem befindet sich im Gebäude eine äußerst leckere Pizzeria. Das Frühstück in der Unterkunft war sehr reichhaltig und man wurde von einem überaus freundlichen Herren mit Heißgetränken versorgt. Leider befand sich über der Eingangstür zum Zimmer ein Fenster, welches nach Osten ausgerichtet ist. Dieses lies nicht abdunkeln, wodurch es morgens recht schnell hell im Zimmer wurde. Auf Anfrage wurde das Fenster mit einer Folie beklebt, was die Situation verbessert hat. Die Herdplatten waren mit Silbanpast bestrichen. Dieser blätterte allerdings ab und es waren silbrige Rückstände in den Töpfen zu finden. Also beschlossen wir einen eigenen Topf zu kaufen und Plastikgeschirr zu verwenden. Alles in allem ist die Residence La Nona aber eine ordentliche Unterkunft. Aufgrund des äußerst günstigen Preises kann man über den ein oder anderen Makel hinweg sehen und seinen Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen.

Ottimo hotel, pulito, comodo al mare e a Milano Marittima. Buona la colazione. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Stanza per 4 persone formata da 2 camere contigue. Bagno spazioso e con box doccia. Parcheggio gratuito. Eccezionale simpatia e disponibilità del Sig.Giancarlo, che ci ha fatto trovare la camera disponibile già alle 9 del mattino. Veramente consigliato.

le nostre richieste sono state tutte accolte senza problemi mostrando molta disponibilità da parte del personale. addirittura ci è stata data una camera più grande rispetto a quella che avevo prenotato poiché avevo chiesto la possibilità di avere due letti matrimoniali (invece di 1 matrimoniale e 2 singoli).

Per qualche giorno di mare da passare con la nostra bimba cerco su internet un hotel e decido di scegliere questo residence perché il rapporto qualità-prezzo era ottimo. Una volta arrivati in loco, il monolocale era meglio di cm ci aspettavamo, grande e pulito, e il personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo . Insomma un soggiorno perfetto !

Nettes Hotel in Strandnähe
Nettes, sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites, aufmerksames Personal. Gute Kaffeemaschine. Man spricht englisch, deutsch und natürlich italienisch. Der Strand ist fußläufig, das Hotel liegt an einer Straßenecke, mit etwas Verkehr ist zu rechnen.

residence in posizione comoda, quasi un kilometro dal centro di Milano Marittima. le camere sono molto spaziose, alcuni particolari fanno capire che è un residence un pò datato ma tenuto ottimamente. personale eccezzionale, disponibile in tutto.
