This stylish and comfortable space offers everything you need for a relaxing stay, including an HD projector in the master bedroom, perfect for movie nights, and a cozy queen sleeper sofa in the living room for extra guests. If you have little ones, we also provide a Pack 'n Play for convenience.

Inside, you'll enjoy fast Wi-Fi and a smart TV in the living room, where you can unwind after a day of adventure. The dining area features a bar table with 4 stools, ideal for meals or games. For coffee lovers, our dedicated coffee bar has a selection of syrups to customize your morning brew, while the fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless-steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals, from mugs and plates to pots, pans, and cooking utensils.

The bathroom is truly a highlight, with a luxurious shower and beautiful details that create a fancy, relaxing atmosphere. We provide premium 100% cotton sheets, soft towels, and complimentary toiletries for your comfort, along with a hair dryer, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating for a pleasant stay year-round.

Parking is free and available on the premises, ensuring convenience throughout your stay. Cleanliness is our top priority—we thoroughly clean and sanitize between each guest, ensuring that all surfaces, bedding, and towels are fresh and spotless.

Please note, maintenance requests, aside from emergencies, are handled during business hours (8 a.m.–5 p.m.). We look forward to hosting you!

The primary renter is REQUIRED to SIGN the Renter's Agreement before checking in. This document comprehensively outlines the rules, policies, and terms governing your stay with us. By signing, you acknowledge and commit to adhering to these regulations throughout your tenure at our property.

Cancellation policy:
We offer free cancellation or 100% refund amount of payable if you cancel 30 days before check-in date. If canceling, we will charge a 20% processing fee (to cover credit card processing and administrative fees).

Additional rules

1. If any issues arise during your stay, it’s essential to communicate with us promptly. Good communication between the guest and host is critical to ensuring a smooth and successful stay. You should respond to us (the hosts) within 24 hours when we reach out to resolve an issue. In certain situations, we may need to send our case manager to review the situation in person to fully address any concerns.

2. It is a "must" to read the entire listing description and the house rules of our property. If, in this case, you DO NOT read over our listing description or house rules and are not comfortable with something that is clearly stated, we will uphold our cancellation policies.

3. No unregistered guests/visitors unless preapproved

4. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10PM and always be respectful of the
neighbors.

5. No parties or events unless previously organized in writing with the host. If
there’s evidence of a party or event, there’ll be an additional charge of $300.

6. For noise complaints:
6.1 If we receive any noise complaints from neighbors a security guard will be called out to the property at a cost of $100 to guests for the first call out.
6.2. If security is called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $300 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay.

7. No smoking anywhere in this house. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the house you will be charged $350 for extra cleaning.

Follow all check-out procedures:
1. Take out all trash

2. Wash dishes and please put them on drying rack before leaving.

Note:
* A $200 extra cleaning fee may be charged if home is left unreasonably dirty and requires more work than usual to clean (for example: mud on the couches, pet hair on furniture/beds ). All damages will also be charged to guest.

* Check out time is scheduled for 10:00 am on the day of departure unless previously agreed with the host. If the guest is more than 90 minutes late checking out guest will be charged $100.

* Any costs incurred by the host as a result of a late check out will be passed on to you.
