Room was very clean upon arrival. The staff worked really hard solo to keep everything at the hot breakfast up and running. I didn’t like the size of the exercise room (4 machines total)and also the water fountain in there didn’t work. There were no sanitization wipes available to wipe down the machines. Overall a good location.

It wasn't the worst motel I've stayed at. The location was convenient and part of why I booked location. I had to be switched to a new room because of broken springs in both mattresses. When I spoke to the front desk attendant she was under the impression that room had new mattresses. They were stained and filthy. The mattresses in the new room felt newer but I didn’t want to actually look and see how the mattress looked. The overall cleanliness of both rooms were good. Breakfast was okay but not great. The pool is tiny! My family and I attempted to go swimming but were unable to do so because of how small it was. We were able to go swimming the next morning. I expected it to be a little cleaner since we were the first ones to get to the pool that morning. The gym is okay but very small. Most staff seemed friendly. I didn’t use the laundry room but it seemed to look clean. One of the two elevators were inoperable but we didn't have an issue with overcrowding of people in the elevator that was operable. Overall I'd say our stay was decent but not worth the money we paid. I wouldn't stay there again unless I didn’t have too many other options. After learning of how refunds work when situations like ours arise I won't be booking through Expedia again.

I wish I would have gotten the name of the lady working the front desk. She was patient and extremely polite! We had an issue with our card when we were checking in and she was extremely helpful and patient through the whole thing! We also went down and asked for recommendations for pizza and she was so friendly and easy to talk to! Thank you for the pleasant experience!

The staff was great & the continental breakfast was good. The elevator wasn’t working correctly so needed to use stairs for the fourth floor at one point. Beds were not comfortable & the deadbolt on our door did not work because the plate needed adjustment. The room itself was very nice.
