Very nice motel, only problem was the cleanliness of our room. Not sure the floor had been vacuumed as we found sunflower seeds in several areas and the bathroom floor was dirty and not sure the tile around the shower was cleaned, I found a razor cap in the soap holder

The reservation with Hotels.com fast/easy my only request was bottom floor due disability for me and wife as well. Arrived at hotel, got to desk no one was there. A note on paper to dial 0. A tall slender lady appears from back. No greetings, all business. Gabe her my name and ID she looked it up, place sheet of paper, instructs to give color,make n model of vehicle. After all was signed and she gives me key I saw room number and advised her that when I made my reservation I requested a bottom floor. No looking at computer or anything, she tells me she did have any bottom floors and left. When got to room, I went to restroom used toilet but could not flush. I have some knowledge in plumbing, lifted toilet lid, screwed the lever back on and flushed. Service should have noticed when cleaning bathroom or hopefully when cleaning toilet that it did not flush, finally only 1/2 roll toilet paper, and only 1 face cloth. Breakfast good but not enough coffee and people kept asking for it.

The stay was good and they were in the middle of replacing the mattresses. Not a big deal. However there was one old mattress that was left in the lobby the whole time we were there. It was there when we checked in and there when we left. Other then that I would stay there again

Our stay was great, the pool and hot tub were fun, but I felt the room could have been cleaner. There was gum on the ceiling above our bed, and at bedtime, I found a piece of glass in our sheets. I let the front desk know, but they only thanked me for bringing it to their attention. We also only found 2 towels in our room when we specified 4 people were staying.
