Gorgeous and lovingly maintained property with amazing sunset and sunrise views. Our party of six all loved staying here and would highly recommend it to others. Hosts were very responsive and knowledgeable about things to do and see in the area.

Quintessential Taos Stay
During balloon fiesta, I brought my out of town family (all over 50) to stay at this gorgeous property. There was a group of 10 and with 2 of the bedrooms being downstairs, it ended up being perfect for the 2 oldest couples with a bit of separation for the "kids" up stairs. The family was super impressed with the views, the location and the overall spacious property itself. The check in process was extremely easy and the hosts communication was quick and effective. We were only able to stay one night and all of the out-of-towners want to come back out to stay there again! I plan to come back with my partner and friends soon to enjoy extra time there.

Family Gathering for 4th of July Celebration
Beautiful home. I was concerned about the lack of air-conditioning, but Michael convinced me that it would work out. Lucky for him, it did. Even though it was 4th of July weekend, we had no issues with the heat. Drinking adult beverages while sitting on the porch with the family watching the fireworks, was memorable event. Thanks Michael!

Beautiful spacious home, comfortable, private, and in keeping with the Taos style and spirit. Best large deck with a fabulous view! We were there every day by 4 pm to view nature and the mountains. Great kitchen. Generous towels etc. We were a worldwide family reunion. There was a place for everyone to come together or spread out. Fabulous stay and thoughtful owners Amy & Michael Tucker!

Casa de la Mañana is more than just a place to stay; it’s an unforgettable experience. Whether you're eager to explore the rich cultural heritage of Taos, seeking thrilling outdoor adventures, or simply looking to unwind in a stunning, serene setting, this property has it all. The perfect blend of historical charm, modern amenities, and breathtaking surroundings makes Casa de la Mañana an exceptional choice for your next vacation. It feels like a home away from home, offering both comfort and the excitement of a perfect getaway. I can't recommend it highly enough for families, couples, or anyone wanting to immerse themselves in the enchanting beauty of northern New Mexico. We are thrilled to return for ski season!

Amazing respite in the desert
Absolutely loved staying here. The property is gorgeous. Set up on a hill with amazing views of the mountains. About 20 minutes from town and 45 minutes from Taos ski valley, we enjoyed lovely sunsets and got some great turns in. The house is beautiful with charming rooms, fireplaces, and old Taos spirit. It had tons of room for friends and family and we would happily return here again on our next trip to town.

First Ski trip
This house was great for our trip. Great views, need to come back when we can enjoy the deck! The kitchen was the best out of any of the rentals we have used in several states over the years. There was plenty of room for our group of 12 ( 5 couples and an adult child and 9yo.) it’s just a short drive south from Taos but secluded, quiet and has great views. Highly recommend this rental.

Absolutely Delightful!
Our family of five hosted our Poland international business partner's family also of five for a long weekend in Taos. The Casa de Manana was ideal! The location is close to town to far enough out for an amazing view of the city, no noise pollution nor light pollution. The view, peaceful sounds, and night sky were amazing! The pictures do not do the views of the gorge, city or mountains justice. The house set up perfectly for one family on the bottom floor and the other on the top. The home was impeccably clean. The whole property celebrated the finest of northern New Mexico! Instruction manuel notebook on property operations was very clear. Our Polish guests only disappointment was that we didn't have more time there.

Great stay outside of Taos
We stayed for five nights and had a very nice time. We came to Taos to ski and explore the area, and found this house a great home base. Although 15-20 min outside of town, the views from the house are great and make the commute in feel worth it. We skied as well, and the ~45 min drive to Taos Ski Valley was not bad at all. Final note on location - house is up a long dirt road and was covered in a few inches of snow when we arrived. We had AWD cars with good tires, so didn’t have an issue, but would take the advice to have AWD seriously if visiting in winter. The house itself was great! Very comfortable and well appointed - and large! Our group of 8 had more than enough space to spread out, and the multiple living and dining spaces made it especially easy. Main suggestion for improvement from our group was a hot tub to make taking in the view and relaxing after skiing even more enjoyable :) Communication with our hosts was easy and they were extremely responsive to concerns and questions. Definitely would stay again and recommend to others. Thanks Michael and Amy for a great stay!

Beautiful family holiday home
Our families from Colorado and New Mexico met at this home in Taos for our Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. The home is tucked in a quiet area just 15 minutes outside of town where the plaza area is. The mountain views are gorgeous. The house has a modern southwest feel with thoughtful design throughout. It fit our family of 11 perfectly with lots of room to spread out. Michael was so kind and responsive. We will keep this home on our radar for future family gatherings!

Beautiful Home in Secluded Southwest Paradise
This is the second time I’ve been to this home, and I must say that it’s only improved upon perfection. Once you find your way to the house (which can be a little troublesome to find), you’ll find yourself perched upon the foothills of Taos with a beautiful nighttime of the city’s lights and the mountains in the backdrop. I was traveling solo, but the house itself could easily accommodate 10 guests comfortably. Everything was spotless, the rooms with comfortable bedding, the kitchen equipped and ready to be utilized by those inclined to do their own cooking. Thank you Michael for your hospitality! Hope to visit again soon!

Every word is true
Two families spent three delightful days and nights enjoying this first-class property. Mine took the two bedrooms on the first floor and the other spread out in the three bedrooms above. It was perfect -- there is a master suite on each floor. When another couple stayed unexpectedly there was room for them in the game room. When we first booked this stay there were no reviews and I had to rely on what the owners, Michael and Amy, said in their new listing and in direct communication. Every word proved true. They are considerate, caring and a joy to rent from. Now I can only affirm the glowing review by Joseph K., who stayed before we did. He said it all. And it's no big deal to find the house in this secluded high-end neighborhood -- just follow Google Maps right to the door. You'll love it!

Perfect Respite On the Outskirts of Taos
The natural beauty that abounds this home is unbelievable. It is nestled in the shadow of Picuris Peak to the south, overlooking Pueblo Peak and the quaint city of Taos to the north. The house itself is gorgeous. With 5 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 2 dens you could easily house 2-3 families here. Everything was spotless, and the attention to detail was self-evident. The decor was beautifully Southwestern; the kitchen was bright and fully stocked; even the bathrooms were inviting with walk-in showers and rainfall shower heads. Both dens had huge televisions (if that's what you're into on a rainy day), and even a poker table! Views? Absolutely, in every direction. Accessible? While somewhat challenging to find initially, it was a quick and easy 15 minute drive to the center of Taos and near everything else the area has to offer. (Just read the owner's notes on how to get there beforehand). The owner's, Michael and Amy, have created a true gem. Thank you both for sharing your gorgeous home with us. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!
