The gentleman that was manning the desk and the kitchen staff were absolutely terrible! They were the rudest and the most disrespectful people I have ever encountered in my entire life of staying at any hotel anywhere in the world! All I did was try to point out that their times that they had posted on their Google search was incorrect, according to what they told us in person. The Google search stated the kitchen was open until 2:00 a.m. The hotel front desk guy told me the kitchen closed at 12:00. I told him all you have to do is change it in the system and he berated me and screamed at me and then his kitchen staff decided to get into my face invade my personal space and threaten me! I would never stay at this particular establishment ever in my life, I couldn't care if the stay was free. They both threatened to call her hops on me just because I was pointing out a mistake that they were making and all I was doing was trying to help them rectify the situation. They screamed at me and they shouted at me and made me feel as if at some point I was about to be attacked! This was the worst place to stay in as far as hotel management is concerned. I would not recommend anybody stay there. Who also shared that the hotel management staff threatened to call the cops on them as well just because they were asking questions. I also heard a few racial slurs used in the midst of the argument, I tell you now I would not recommend anybody stay at this place.
