Staff was great. But I had to move rooms the first night because of a spider infestation on the first floor. I understand first floor issues but after killing the 8th small spider and seeing more we had to move. We then were moved to the top floor and on the way out there was a cockroach on our sink. These type of critters can get into your luggage and accidentally take them back home. Overall the lobby and amenities were nice but we will not be returning.

The Sheraton Imperial Very close to RDU. No airport noise. The hotel staff were very helpful. They had a buffe breakfast. The buffe should be a little longer.
